Who we are
Unseal operates unsealed.ca to describe in-pack print and QR media for Ontario licensed cannabis producers. When this notice is live, privacy questions should go to privacy@unsealed.ca (not monitored until counsel and operations enable it).
What the contact form collects
If you submit the pilot request form, we ask for your name, company, role (licensed producer, advertiser brand, or other), email, optional message, and CASL express consent to be contacted about Unseal.
How data is handled today
In the current preview build, submissions are stored only in your browser (local storage) for demonstration. No email leaves your device until backend routing is enabled on deploy. When live, we will describe processors, retention, and access requests in a counsel-cleared policy.
What we do not collect on this site
We do not sell cannabis, take payment on this marketing site, or collect government ID, health information, or consumption data through the public pages.
PIPEDA
If we collect personal information from people in Canada, PIPEDA applies. This draft does not replace a completed privacy impact assessment or counsel review.
